Behind-the-Scenes Experiences
Whether it’s a bagel breakfast or a backstage tour, we always provide opportunities for you to meet and visit with performers or other creative personnel to learn about the energy and passion that fuels the shows we see!
Gourmet Group Meal
For the foodies in our group, we always plan an unforgettable, uber-delicious meal at one of New York’s Michelin-starred restaurants.
Uptown Fun
By popular request, we will explore the rich history and culture of Harlem and Washington Heights. The day will include a stop at The Met Cloisters and visits to some of the setting of Rubicon’s upcoming productions of Ain’t Misbehavin’ and In the Heights. The evening will end with music and dancing. Will it be jazz or salsa?

Trip Cost:
$4,500 per person*, double occupancy, plus a tax-deductible donation of $850 to Rubicon.
The single supplement is $1,150.

*The trip does not include airfare as many of our patrons like to use airline miles or extend their stay. For those who choose to travel with the staff, ground transportation to and from LAX and to and from the Marriott Marquis in Times Square are included.
Please note that because we book through wholesalers with stringent refund policies, all payments become non-refundable. If you find you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or sell the Rubicon portion of your package to another traveler. If the hotel and ticketing companies cancel due to Covid or other world events, we can and will reschedule, but cannot provide refunds. Travel insurance may be purchased through Karin at Frosch Travel or directly through Vanguard and other vendors.
