QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q: CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?
A: No, in order to accomplish safe-distancing, tickets are only available online before the event.
Q: DOES MY TICKET PURCHASE WORK FOR ALL EVENT DAYS?
A: Each date and time requires a ticket specific to that event.
Q: ONCE I BUY MY TICKETS, HOW DO I RECEIVE THEM?
A: Your tickets will be sent to you via e-mail. You may print out the ticket or just open the PDF included with the confirmation on your phone to show the parking and ticketing attendants through the window.
Q: IF I DON’T HAVE A TICKET, CAN I LISTEN TO THE SHOW FROM THE SIDEWALK OR OTHER NEARBY AREA?
A: Sorry, no. All surrounding areas, including parking lots and beach, will be closed and will be inaccessible for watching or listening to the show.
Q: HOW DO I HEAR THE CONCERT?
A: Audio will be transmitted via FM radio in your car or portable radio. Tune your dial to 89.7 once you arrive to enjoy the pre-show music. You may also download a free app (Listen Everywhere) to hear the concert on your phone or with earphones.
Q: CAN I JUST LISTEN THROUGH A ROLLED DOWN WINDOW OR FROM THE BACK OF A VEHICLE?

Attendants will direct attendees to the best available parking space in their designated area on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you don’t miss any highlights of the performance, we have large video screens. For those looking for the most intimate experience, a limited number of PREMIUM and PATRON tickets are available in the first two rows.
Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE MAY COME IN THE SAME CAR?
A: By purchasing your tickets, you confirm that you are attending only with those with whom you have sheltered. No more than five people may share a car. Please complete the questionnaire when you order to let us know how many cars are associated with your order.

Q: WE HAVE A LARGE GROUP COMING. CAN WE RESERVE SPACES IN ADVANCE?
A: Sorry, we cannot reserve specific parking spaces. All tickets are for parking in a specific section and row.
